| THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE Our therapeutic massage is a completely bespoke experience, combining a range of massage techniques from Swedish, neuro-muscular, myofascial release, trigger point and Thai massage, depending on your bodies needs. Each appointment begins with a consultation to discuss your needs and ascertain where your body holds on to tension or experiences pain and to decide how you would like to use your massage time, as different people prefer longer spent on the back or legs etc. Our massage is then tailored specifically for you, with pressure and technique varying according to your needs.
