Our therapeutic massages are bespoke and tailored to your individual needs, whether you want an invigorating, deep pressure massage or something gentle and soothing, our experienced practitioners combine techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release and lymphatic drainage to create the experience you need. Each massage begins with a consultation to ascertain your needs before you are wrapped in a cocoon or warmth on a heated massage bed.
